HYROX Americas Regional Championships - Washington D.C. | Season 25/26

It’s more than a race, it’s your chance to become a Regional Champion.

The HYROX American Regional Championships 2026 will take place in Washington, D.C., bringing together athletes from North, Central, and South America to compete for the prestigious title of American Champion in their Age Group.

Unlike the HYROX World Championships, the HYROX American Regional Championships are open-entry events, no qualification required.

Every athlete from the American region* can register, step onto the start line, and compete in the Open Weights Divisions.

These Championships are also a pathway to the HYROX World Championships, the only races where you can qualify for Worlds in the Single Men/Women or Doubles Men/Women categories without racing in Pro weights.

*Eligibility note : Only citizens or permanent residents of countries within the designated American region (North, Central, and South America) may compete. Temporary visa holders (e.g., tourists or students) are not eligible. Proof of eligibility is required through a valid government-issued ID. Athletes with multiple citizenships may only participate in one Regional Championship.
